Senior Records and Information Management Consultants
Entium Technology Partners, LLC develops and implements records and information management programs (RIM) that ensure compliant business rules and standards for all company records, regardless of media type. These RIM programs establish frameworks for controlling the creation, processing, maintenance, distribution, storing, and disposing of all corporate documents and records by combining information policies, processes, and procedures with the appropriate technology tools.

We are looking for a dynamic individual(s) to join our Philadelphia-based RIM technology consulting team to meet the needs of our expanding international client base. As a member of the consulting team, you will provide consulting services to multinational organizations in such areas as:

  • RIM strategy development.
  • RIM policy and procedure development.
  • Program needs' analysis and implementation.
  • Electronic document records management software selection and implementation.
  • Digital archive/preservation program development and implementation.
  • Creation and implementation of classification schemes and retention schedules for records on all media.
  • Developing files plans for both paper and electronic records.

Roles and Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Development of enterprise-wide strategies to address the management of records and information on all media.
  • Creation of appropriate records and information polices, standards, and procedures that govern records (electronic and paper) on an enterprise-level throughout their information life cycle.
  • Communicate and provide support for the implementation of records and information policies and standards.
  • Develop change management and operational implementation plans.
  • Assure that records are in compliance with legal and business requirements.
  • Design and implement a corporate classification scheme, master retention, and disposition schedule.
  • Develop and implement ongoing RIM training.
  • Assist clients in ensuring compliance with records destruction holds and discovery proceedings.
  • Identify vital records and develop appropriate disaster recovery and protection methods.
  • Specify requirements and participate with IT in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of RIM software.
  • Develop and implement RIM program monitoring and auditing processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or advanced degree in records management, library science, information management, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in records management.
  • Certified Records Manager designation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with international records standards and methodologies such as ISO 15487, ISO 23081-1, ISO 17799, DIRKS, and VERS.
  • Ability to apply ISO standards to support benchmarking for existing programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience in developing and implementing electronic records programs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current and developing IT and RIM technologies.
  • Project management training and experience, specifically:

    • Experience in project planning and scheduling for teams of 2 to 5 consultants for 3- to 6-month project durations.
    • Project estimating, budgeting, tracking, billing, and receivables management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Good presentation and communications skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
